Step 2: UPLOAD DOCUMENTS (PARENT PORTAL)

  • 7th and 8th grade transcripts and standardized test scores*
  • Los Angeles Archdiocese Common Evaluation Form (only one is required)**
*The transcripts and standardized test scores can be uploaded to the parent portal you created when submitting the application. You can also email them to Mrs. Stacy Lindgren, slindgren@acmilanfantasymanager.com.

**The Los Angeles Archdiocese Common Evaluation Form can be sent directly to the teacher through the checklist on the parent portal. You can also download the form by clicking HERE and email it to Ms. Stacy Lindgren, slindgren@acmilanfantasymanager.com.

Step 3: HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT TEST

  • Saturday, January 20, 2024 (8 AM - 12 Noon)

Step 4: INTERVIEW

  • Monday, January 22, 2024 Last names: A-L (3 PM - 6:15 PM)
  • Tuesday, January 23, 2024 Last names: M-Z (3 PM - 6:15 PM)

Step 5: ENROLLMENT DECISION

  • Notices will be mailed out on Friday, March 1, 2024.
